Vice President’s Report
Rusty requested a calendar for 2014. June’s meeting will be on the first Thursday
of the month. That date is June 6. Please mark this on you calendars.
Librarian’s Report
No report.
Communications
Ron received catalogues and a
schedule for upcoming workshops. Anyone
interested in these let him know.
Old Business
The colored wood will be delivered
at the May meeting. There are some
larger pieces of colored wood that weigh about 20 lbs. each. Those will be set aside to be sold as needed to
club members. A motion was made,
seconded and carried that Brian sort the wood according to weight and distribute
it.
A motion was made, seconded, and
carried, after some investigation and discussion, we continue to carry the
current insurance for the present time.
The July meeting will be held at Pat
Delmonte’s house.
New Business
It’s June again. Please bring in some projects to be
judged. The three judged best will be
given to the school as appreciation for allowing us to use the facility at no
charge. There will also be a cash prize
for the best project.
The Erie County Fair is August 7
thru 18. We will need workers, turners
and items for the fair for Make-A-Wish.
Large bowls are a big hit and are needed. Please contact Richard Mialki to sign up.
